INGREDIENTS
1 cup crushed, puffed rice cereal (example Rice Krispies)
¼ cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey (honey powder if you have it works great too)
2 tablespoons flax seed (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine cereal, peanut butter, and honey and flax seeds.
- Batter should be thick like an oatmeal cookie batter stir until mixture forms a ball.
- Scoop out about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Roll balls in additional rice krispies to coat
- Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
